Methanol Injection

How do you feel about it? My friend wants to make a trade for some headlights for his pretty new stage 2 methanol injection kit. Any comments, pros/cons for methanol?

I figured everything sounded a little too good to be true about this...

If you have an EGT problem to keep in check...the kit itself is a good one. Just run straight water or at least mix your own meth and keep it below 20% with the water.
As a power adder...I'd pass on it.

The most that we picked up was about 55hp on the dyno with a 50/50 mix. The chemical timing added from the methanol can be crazy however, so can anything else when used in extremes.
