Minimum injector size required for a 13mm pump?

Is there a certain size of injector that should be required if running a 13mm pump to guarentee you don't run the risk of damaging something (injector tip) or shortening the life of your pump (pump cam lobes)?

I ran a Schied 12mm pump last year and will be running a CDS 13mm pump this year.

Current injector size is a 7x14. Thinking of stepping up to somewhere in the 6x16, 6x18, or 6x20 range.

Will be running a 3" charger. No street use.

My CDS mack daddy 13mm pump came with a set of injectors from columbus with a set of 5x.017.
 
good enough, I just wanted to be sure I wasn't starting out too small. Money will be spent elsewhere.

6x16 are smaller than 7x14 . the 7 holes are going to have better atomization than a six hole and six better than a 5.

6x16=.096
6x18=.108
6x20=.120
5x18=.090

area is radius squared. Not diameter.

6x.016 is approx 10% larger than a 7x.014.
