Stupid question but i dont know what you mean by the navigation insert are you talking about the screen in place of the radio?

Radio Bezel that accepts a navigation unit. Basicly a larger hole where a factory radio goes. The upper cubby is gone and the half circles for the dials is gone. Just a big square.
