mitsubishi no crank

My work truck is a 99 Mitsubishi Fuso 4 Cyl. diesel. It won't crank at all. Removed the starter and had it checked. Charged up the batterries and still no cranking action. I tried looking for the relay but can't seem to find it. Do any of you guys know where the starter relay may be.

Well the starter solenoid was mounted right on the starter. I was bored so just wired it to a switch. That won't be giving me any more problems.
