Modded Hpops

Is their anyone in IL or close that would rebuild and mod a pump? Or should i just use the stock ford replacement? I don't know but any kind of feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Not close to you, their out of florida, but they have an upgraded HPOP that a few guys are running and loving them

ya i called diesel site they asked if my pump was an mid 03 or earlier and the date stamped on the pump is 02 their is supposedly a casting flaw in those pumps. They said 95% of the early pumps weren't good build-able cores or at least that's what i got out of it. so im not sure i wanna risk keeping my truck down that long only to get the pump sent back to me as no good. thanks for the information though maybe ill hold onto the core awhile and send it in an have them check it out for later improvements on the truck.
