I've had one for a couple years now. I'd say it's money better spent than on a dual line. Todd @ TC has been selling them for a while now and does a nice job boring them.

There's been a lot of controversy over whether they do anything or not... plenty of threads about it. My opinion... yes, it helps dampen the fuel pulse by having more volume in the rail. That in turn will help injector longevity. They made the 6.7's rail larger so there must be something to it.
