I figured i would post this up for ideas before I ripped the dash apart, I have a mode door sticking on my heater. It blows on the floor no matter what position you place the select knob on the dash. I have the correct vacuum on all the lines i checked. Whats sticking is the one controlled by the actuator on the trans hump of the floor board. It goes about half way and stops. By only going half way i will get some air out of the vents but its still full blast on the floor. I finally got in the with a long screw driver and gave the arm a push and it fully opened, but will not do it every time unless I push on it with a screw driver. So any ideas on how to fix this without completely ripping the dash apart would be great. Im pretty sure Im screwed, but i figured Id see if anyone knew an easy fix.
