seems the best way to talk to him would be to drive your truck through the front wall of his shop.
 
I searched for it and found it before. Don't know why people say it's so hard to talk to him. I called left amessage, he called me back about 30 mins later and we talked for an hour. Must say he sounds very knowledgable. Think his service is bad try dealing with bd on warranty

Amen. BD never properly deals with their warranty even on as little of a thing as an x monitor. I'll never buy anything from BD ever again and Id be glad to spread the word.

Mike told me that his usually does check his messages, so just keep callin till you get him. He is normally pretty busy.
