Motor still breaking up.

Got a few questions for everyone. My motor seems to break up at higher RPM's still, and the chips dont seem to be giving as much power anymore. Now I have seen my tach drop to zero and go back to normal then thows a code. Is this just my cam sensor? ECM? If anyone has an idea before I start replaceing chit that don't need to be please let me know.

Na not yet, dont own one of those scanner things.

How hard is it to install the cam sensor with the pump still on?

Turn the key on-off-on-off-on. The codes will pop up on the odometer display.

Personally, it's a pia to install a cam sensor with the pump on. Not impossible but not fun at all. Next time I'll pull the pump.

Breaking up at high rpms and (I assume) high boost? Maybe valve springs are needed. Check the springs thread in the Dodge Comp section and listen to Getblown's truck in the video to see if thats the same thing you're hearing.

I got heavy springs in it now? And it doesnt do it all the time.
