is there any other coolant i can mix with motorcraft gold, i lost alot of coolant last night and the only place open today is walmart.....:bang

i tried mixing coolant before and it turned it all gummy. i also had a blown headgasket. if its a emergency buy the universel stuff and flush it when you get home.

Zerex has the Gold Ford coolant as well, it shouldn't be an issue to add it to what you already have in the truck.
