That's nothing to do with your AC, by the way.. Put a charge on it, if that dont help, put dye in it, check for leaks, then maybe a clutch/compressor.

Depends what year your truck is. '98's have them in the rear end, earlier have them in the transmission/t-case. Double check the wires coming from the sensor as well. I had a broken wire in my 24v that caused the same thing. Replaced the sensor needlessly.
