Muffler?

Anyone know of a good muffler to drown the drone on a cummins I have a muffler in now but above 70 mph is very annoying. Any help would be appreciated.:thankyou2:

His might, he has an aftermarket exhaust on it currently.

Most of the new quieter sound comes mostly from the new injection system. Removing the muffler is one mod that dodge approves of.

The new injection system releases the fuel in multiple smaller spurts to help create that quieter sound they advertise.

My 5.9 has only (no cat) an aftermarket muffler and is disturbingly loud. I just couldn't imagine a 6.7 acting like that.

Without the dpf the straight through muffler I have gets pretty bad cruising on the freeway other than that it is not that loud around town.

My 5.9 got loud when I got rid of the CAT & put on the 24" straight through muffler. I didn't care much about it being loud outside, it was too loud in my right ear!

I fixed that, routed it out the back & put a 'turn down' @ the end. HUGE difference in the cab, mucho quieter.
