Sorry not alot of pictures but its going together. Still waiting on a few things to come in. The turbo is not on yet. Billet shaft still needs to go in trans, cp3 needs switched, and shinny intercooler to go on yet.

Hope to have more pics this coming weekend. It sucks that I am so far away while this goes on. I am glad I have good friends thats willing to do this for me.

But, When we did my build we were able to flex the frame to remove the cross member without cutting it.....Jeff knew this trick...not me!!
 
Ah it looks like I'm going to have another IL boy to help me put it too the MO boys. but its all good as long as we win.
 
Ya no problem Ron as long as I can get a trailer to get me to where I need to go if its long distances.
 
yea you can either flex it to get It out or loosen mounts and raise the motor a couple inches, and cam will slip right out
 
Dodge service says just use a porta-power to spread the rails to get the font crossmember out.

Ding ding. That is, if you have one available. Make it a lot easier to get all crossmembers in and out.
 
Looks good Doug, and the best part isn't that you have friends that can do this for you, its that you TRUST them to do this for you... LOL I trust very few people to work on my truck unsupervised

In that case how's yours coming along Jeremy? You know you shouldn't let a guy your pulling against build your motor,he'll make sure you won't beat him. Right Ben.

Thats a good point... good thing I was looking over his shoulder taking notes, LOL. And who says I'm pulling against Ben? I know of a few pulls I might make that I just won't tell him about... :D
 
as far as i can see there will be no competition!! cause no IL dudes have there trucks going as of now!!!
 
Oh no I know of one on the way to MCS it'll be done by the end of the month. The other is lost in the back of my shop. Maybe I'll have time to get to it by the end of summer.
 
Mine will be done enough to pull by the end of May. Then the small stuff can go on when time permits. I am sure I'll see you Mo boys at some point this summer. Hopefully I will make it to Indy on the 6th if I'm home in time.
 
I thought Jim Jump was like the sasquatch or lochness monster!!! He exists but no one has ever seen him!!! Tell him Travis says "hello".
 
Yeah I will. Yeah he stays hidden most the time. I am gonna get him out more this summer though. hes got lots of work to do on my truck his truck and a few more.
 
Well we got 2 big hooks coming up for the smokers July 1st Warren county and July 31st st.Charles county! Can illinois guys make it?

I talked to Matt the other day and he mentioned st charles. I think me and a couple of guys from around here will try and make it.


Johnny, were did you source your 2.6 at? Didnt know if Jump got that through Billy or not. I aquired a s400sx that i am having made to fit the 2.6 (custom contoured) class. Tim
