My EGR valve.....

at 50k.......lots of black carbon dust, amazingly it wasn't baked on or really wet grungy, 1 can of carb cleaner and a little q-tip cleaning and it is clean again.

How often do you guys and gals clean your EGR valve???? Guess this needs to be added to the list of things that MUST be done every so often.

Mine is unplugged, turned off in the tuning and welded shut...as well as the up-pipe to the cooler deleted. I'll bet it still looks brand new. LOL

Yeah yeah yeah...........I like my stock truck the head gaskets seem to last longer :hehe:

Same here. ALready did the headstuds so I don't worry.
