my new ats stage 3 gets warm when in traffic

on the high way trans stays 190 or so in traffic it will get to 200+ In a hurry what can i do to keep the temp down

Thats hot man.I have to beat the heck out of mine at the track to get it up to 200 and thats with a factory trans cooler on a hot day.

Shift to neutral anytime your stopped in traffic should help. But you definately have something going on.
