Well since my factory i think is getting on its last leg, im in need of a new one been looking at htt 62/71/13ss. got some questions about it i read on there web site it said low surgeing issuses can anyone comment on this. Also i running a 5in exhuast system need info on bolting it up. And althing else you guys might think im missing thanks. Would also be willing on a used one also.

I'll bet a call to the guys at HTT would get you the info you need.

i did call and got a price, they went up from last time i checked, not so much the problem just wanted more feed back from someone that has run it,

The polished housing is shiny. Bout it.

I had 0 surge with my 62/71/13ss. It was a nice turbo for sure. I'd highly recommend it.

check out E.D. 62/68/14 too! as far as the exahuast you will need a hx-40 downpipe!

you could get a bullseye turbo for a little cheaper than most places too! same turbos just no fancy shiny stuff

If your stock turbo isn't wiped out you could have it rebuilt. If it's just pushing oil it's most likely a carbon issue around the ring area. If it's pushing oil on the turbine side. Depending on the mods on the truck you may not need the a performance turbo. A hybrid could even be an option.

i think she has a little shaft play in her, my wifes said i jinks my truck wanting a new turbo. Man i wish i could jinks myself into winning the lotto
