stock is fine...my tc bolts came loose and wobbled the holes. never had a problem with breakage
 
50 incl shipping fair? i can honestly get one local from a salvage yard but i need to wait a week for them to even start pulling the tranny out. im pretty much at your mercy...lets make it happen so i can get my truck back on the road. call or text if ya like

will a 24v flexplate fit a 12v? whats your email? and price on shipping to 91901 so i can add it up. i guess im not alowed to send pm's yet so just text me for fastest response
 
I have an upgraded stocker that I will give ya at $125 shipped. It is solid, no cut outs.
