Can someone help me out?

Measure on your 2nd gen the distance from the center of the hub to the fender wheel opening. Doing it this way takes the tire height out of the equation vs ground to the fender opening.

I'm trying to figure out how much lift my truck actually has. I rebuilt the rear spring pack and it seems to be a little higher than it used to be.

Funny I had stock leaves with an add a leaf and 1" block. I made a pack with 6 leafs (got another set of leafs from a junked Ram) and it sits about 3/4" higher.

I had guessed it would be the same height or lower and I actually have a 7th leaf that could go in the pack as well!

Unless the leafs have a curve to them your only gonna get the thickness of that leaf. My add a leaf curled the existing leafs up into a U..not that extreme but you get the ide. I got an honest 2" lift from it.

That's not how it worked out actually.

I measured the thickness of the pack I had, and to have the same thickness, I would need 7 leafs in the pack.

I put 6 and now the back is 3/4" taller than it was before.

I just want to compare what I have to stock height. I'm not sure if the front lift is 2 or 3" (was on there when I bought the truck)

Ok my truck is 25" in the front and 28" in the back.

So what do you guys have? Don't make me roam the stealership lot for 2nd gens... LOL

That is with no lift?

Would appreciate a few other folks. Just take 5 mins with a tape measure and check for me please.

I just stuck a ruler off the center of the hub so I could line up the tape measure.
