I have a gear driven pump that I am trying to find a pulley or adapter to make it a belt drive set up. I have searched with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

I assume you want to run it with a small timing belt Are you going to run it off of the crank.? Heres a pic (not very good sorry)Of the way I ran the pumps and

can you post a picture of this pump? Does it look like a waterman setup that uses a hex type shaft?

You will likely have to mill that splined end down and cut a keyway into the shaft. I do not see you finding a pulley to fit that shaft. After some simple machning a timing belt pulley can be found for very cheap.

You could always just weld the pulley to that shaft, but I'm sure you've already thought of that. Have you figured out what diameter pulley you'll need to get the output you're after?
