need bracket for towing mirror?

goin on a 98 12v 2500.... was told might need to buy some kind of bracket to put the towing mirrors on that i bought??? any one know any thign bout this?

yes, you will need a steel plat that goes on the inside of the door frame to support the mirror

can u still install them without the brackets?? i'll order some but i'll have a hard time not puttin the mirrors on when they get here

I have heard of people doing that, but they shake like crazy.

Yep. MUST use the stiffener plates with the towing mirrors.

I installed some tonight, use the support bracket or they will shake

for just a little more you can get MOPAR factory mirrors w/ the correct brackets
