hey guys we have a 2006 d-max 1ton dually at work, its one of the Air Ride technology duallys, anyways its got a melted piston now... we are looking for a complete engine swap... cant seem to find one other than a reman for around $15,000..

You should be able to find a good used one for around 5000 with fairly low miles on it. You can find like new takeouts for about 8500.

call certified auto recyclers in Alabama. they quoted me an lb7 with tranny for $6500 the other day. I am sure that an LBZ would be a little higher but definately less than 15.

We are a little far away but I can get you a full pull out for about $7500

You will use your wiring harness, and one small part of the the intake is broken from pulling it out but change it off your other motor in about 5 minutes. If you want it I can have it delivered for a total of $7800

We also have a short block, needs valve covers and injectors, all interchangeable with your motor, that one delivered to your shop for $2900
