I found a guy locally that has a brand new in the box Borg Warner S400 #171701 it measures 71/96/1.32. I thought it would be decent for a primary for a compound setup, but if i wanted to upgrade it (before its ever used)
What would it cost for a bigger compressor wheel and housing? probably a 74 or 75mm?
how much would the wheel be cast vs. billet?
how much would a cover be standars vs. race?
how much to be balanced if i sent it in?
what about anyother upgrades like 360 bearing?
Ive never touched one so is there anything else that needs to be changed, like the compressor wheel backing plate?
