Need help replacing "drip" weatherstrip

Anyone have some hints on how to replace the "drip" weatherstrip on the door? It's the top piece of weatherstrip on the cab. I tried sliding it in and of course, that didn't work. I tried putting the top edge in first and then I can't get the bottom in. :doh:
 
I've always put dawn dish soap on the part of the weatherstrip that goes in the track and just slide it in
 
Got it in. Thanks for the tip. It would have been better with a helper, but I made it.
 
i just did mine on the ol lady's 2nd gen a few months back. it is kind of a pain and i wish i had someone to feed it to me from the other end. i ended up lubing it up with baby oil.....

... yes, i lubed it up.
