So i have a 2wd nv4500 truck and for the last two weeks the clutch pedal has seemed odd. it doesnt always return all the way to the top when released, and its overall feel wasnt very "solid". well i get in my truck last night after picking up my chinese food (General Tso's), depress the clutch and turn it over. the truck starts creeping forward. my clutch wont release at all, not even with pumping the pedal!! :bang What Happened?? Any help appreciated im lost with this.

More than likely its the slave cylinder. Mine just went out and i couldnt use the clutch at all to shift, i had to float the gears.

Most likely the slave cylinder. Its a sealed system, costs about $220 for the upgraded set from SBC.

Get the upgraded set.

When mine went out, it was a quick decline.. While I was towing a trailer in down-town seattle traffic at 5:00. It was hell just getting off the road to where I could work on it. The upgraded hydraulics went in on the side of the road, and I couldn't have been happier. The package is well made, and looks 10x more durable than the stockers.

You will not be disapointed.

sounds like i am ordering the upgraded set up. thanks everyone. :thankyou2:
