Need help with p pump 24 valve

I have a 99 p pumped 24 valve with 215 pump and 4 k gov spring I had stock injectors repoped to 12 valve pressure and truck ran fine for 3 weeks but now it won't ideal u start it and it will white smoke a little and rev to 1800 and stay there u can rev it up and it will go to 4 grand then drop back to 1800 and some time if u rev it up it will fall all the way down till the truck dies and I'm not sure y I have already changed turbo any help would b greatly appriated

You've got a governor spring broke, if the other breaks it will go wide opened past 4k unless you get it shut down first. It will happen fast, so i wouldn't drive it until you get it fixed.

I don't know enough about p-pumps to get all technical on them, so I kept it vague.
