need help with transfer case!!!!!

i rebuilt my 241dhd transfer case three weeks ago, i replaced the range fork, range hub, syncronizer ring, thrust washers, planatary gears, and all bearings and seals. the damn thing jumped in neutral last night pulling my 20' enclosed trailer with 2 motorcross atvs inside, my trailer doesnt weigh that much so what am i missing inside my transfer case thats causing it to jump into neutral AGAIN! any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
 
Might check your linkage on shifter, might need ajusted a hair mine did it too,just a start
 
I thought about that but the shifter doesn't have a detent in it like the transfer case. But I'm open for suggestions. How did you adjust yours?
 
well i did a five speed swap in my 01 and changed t case to the 241dhd shifter was totally diff from old tcase so i just swaped the linkage from the other case and it had a bolt on the rod you could adjust.
 
Yea my linkage has a bolt in it that you can adjust. My truck is an 02 with a six speed.
