Need help!

I have a 2000 dodge 3500, no issues until today. Started it up this morning then killed it to run inside. Got back in and it turns over fine and starts. The engine idles very erratically and only stays at a couple hundred rpms. I also have no throttle.It throws a 1688 code. Any help is very appreciated.

Well I have fuel to all injectors, but now it throws the apps voltage low code. Could I have a ground problem or is the ECM or pump toast?

check your grounds, load test each battery. Chances are it's a vp44 failure. There's alot of good vp info on here. SEARCH
