Need opinion on a high mileage truck

Hey guys I have a question about a truck I'm looking at buying. It's an 07 classic LS CC/LB dually with 217,000 miles on it. The truck is very clean inside and out. It's got a cognito 6" lift, 35s, and rockstars.

What should I look for that would be worn out with that high of mileage? And would any of you buy a truck with that many miles? I can get the truck for $17,500

to me that sounds high, do nada some of that price is going to be the lift and tires i bet. do they know how long its been jacked up like that

Nada on rough trade in is 22K. The lift has been on it for bout 50k miles. I'm not to concerned bout the stock steering parts cuz I have a bunch of stock steeing stuff from a SAS I did for a customer.
