I was highly encouraged to install a 12V solenoid on my water kit between the tank and the nozzel's by a friend of mine. Is this is what is commonly referred to as a "Hobb's Switch"? If so do they usually go for $50, or can they be found cheaper as that's the only price I have seen so far?

Thanks for the info Jerrod. I'll check those sites out later my blackberry isn't cooperating!

Does anybody know where you can get the high pressure 1/4 in tubing besides Snow?

LoL thanks Jerrod can't see the websites on my BB for some reason but I bet you just saved me quite a bit of money!

Hey Jerrod now that I've gotten home and had a chance to look from my PC more questions.:hehe:

I need the 90* fitting that the nozzel screws into or vice versa. Got a feeling I'm going to have to get it from Snow possibly.

Also the 1/4" tubing on that page is only good to 180PSI @ 75*....aren't the stage 2 kits 200+ psi?:what:

They should have it ,,,95% of my water kit is from mcmaster I use one of there 15 gpm nozzlse along with a snow

I use ther push lok fittings

The Devil's Own, Snow and Cooling Mist companies have the best prices I've found when it comes to pumps. There are some pumps labelled "Shurflo" that are speced a bit higher than the Shurflo's those three companies sell, but they cost around $300.

While you're buying from McMaster-Carr, get these diffuser nozzles. They work great and are the same price as the nozzles that are sold "for water injection".

I use a fuel pump going on 3 yrs now that produces 300 psi at the nozzles

That's a good idea. Junkyard fuel injection pump?

Wouldn't think that they'd be designed to flow that much?

Its a hi flow EFI pump , I had to use one snow nozzle cause the mcmaster carr nozzles were to big my PSI fell alot , u still have to b over 30 psi of boost or it will kill the engine

I'm very cheap,
