well the goal I set for my truck is 650 rwhp on fuel only with my s465. I already made 570 rwhp with only 30psi out of the s465,as it is now I think I have the air I just need help with the fueling. I'm still running the 175hp ppump that came with the truck with 4k's, moded afc, rack plug, no plate,22.5* of timing, and a set of industrial dv's and holders that I got from weston. I still have the stock fuel lines and a set of II's dragon flows.

I did some reading on the cam in the 175 and 160 pumps and found they have little fill time, the fuel press commin from my air dogg is set at 25 psi if I ran more fuel press would this help with the low fill time?

on the air side my head is p&p'd, big stick cam, banks twin ram, 4 inch exhaust, and an s465. I'm working on an intake set up now, the s465 sucked the sides of my are filter in so I'm working on a dual filter set up.

would a set of full cuts, more timing, and 5k's get me where I wanna be?

25psi is too low for a p7100, i would not run below 30psi, even stock. my FASS is running right at 43psi measured about 8" before going into the rear feed line on the pump. definatley noticed a difference over stock, pulls alot harder up top, im changing my dv's, and injectors here soon also. going with a set of 5x.014's from weston, and not 100% sure about what dv yet, probably a .022 unitll weston gets some dv's made up that he is happy with. i have full cuts int he truck right now, and i dont like them, very smokey, and hot all the time EGT wise. if i had the air and or nitrous, then i may like them, but the full cut dv's are not meant for street use, there are better options
(191's, .024, or .022's), and all 3 will support 650hp with the right injector, and enough air. hope this helps!

i don't think you need the 5k's in there, maybe try out the full cuts only on the dyno, but those are gonna be smokey on the street. i would probably try turning up the fuel pressure on your airdog and see what that does for you.

It may not be feasible for you but a pump swap to one with a better cam is definitely worth it. I don't have actual dyno results but I could definitely tell a difference in how my truck ran.

your torque seems kinda low for the hp? maybe because of the smaller pump?

I did 458/1075 uncorrected on my stock turbo but i have a 180 pump with a 4k's, 0 plate, timed at 18* mack rack plug, and with dragon flows, and stock 181 delivery valves, and a stock lift pump. since then i added a k31/s400 single and now im shooting for 650whp on fuel only, but my head is stock, no cam or special intake. but ddp delivery valves are going in this weekend, I can already make 54psi and have hit 56psi twice so I think the delivery valves will push me to my goal, but im not sure the stock fuel system with feed the pump very good.

I think the low torque was because my 465 doesnt light till 2000 - 2100 rpm.

forgot to mention this is not a street truck its gonna be mainly a puller when I get it right.

... so up the fuel press to the ppump to round 40psi and I have a set of full cuts already at my house so I think I'll try them.

First off nice numbers. If I were you I would throw in the 5ks since its going to be a pulling truck so you can have the extra rpm going down the track and up the fuel pressure to around 45psi.

oh thats pretty close to where my k31 lights, im surprised with the big stick cam and ported head it was still so late, im still on a factory cam, and head, but i have 4.10's so maybe thats the difference. does it light sooner on the street? also since you said its going to be a pulling truck i would do the 5k springs my truck is going to be a street/strip truck and im going to switch to cds 5k's eventually.

I have 3.55's in the rear ... and on the street i see 2 psi @1800 rpm and by 2k I'm at full boost and on the dyno it did the same thing

damn with my 4.10's i see 10psi by 2k but my head being all stock isn't helping and neither is my stock cam, im adding ddp delivery valves this weekend, maybe that will help with spool up, and i still gotta mess around with the starwheel to see where optimal spool up is vs. smoking out the cars behind me. right now i have it set so i start to get fuel around 10psi i think and thats a too late.

I have full fuel @30 psi and my afc foot doesnt move till I have 5-6 psi, its not to bad on the street just a light haze

what about dual feeding the p7100? will just the air dogg 150 hold 40 psi @ wot or will I need another fuel system set up?

larger turbo lights later..

hence less tq, but killer hp number.. either ways not too bad.. the sooner it lights, the sooner it will hit peak tq...

seems you had your setup just right, massive fueling, the right timing, and impressive results with a 35.. how has it survived tho? lol
