Need some help with trany problems

Hi guys,
Problem is that my TQ converter is staying locked up when off the throttle and stays locked till it goes down to approx 1125rpm sometime even after touching brake pedal.
Any ideas would be great.
And i do already have the DTT noise filter and TPS have been changed in past.

How long has the trans been in? when did the trouble start? Are you running a lock up switch or trans controller or anything other than the DTT noise filter? Does it do it everytime? need more info...
