Need some turbo opinions

Ok this is a street truck. I am just not sure what to get for a turbo because there are so many damn options. I pretty much blew up my 64/71/14 Currently now the truck has
Built Trans
5k Springs
60lb Valve Springs
191 Delivery Valves
No Plate
Will have 7x.010's or 7x.012's?
Some Cam? not sure yet
Other supporting mods.. blah blah blah
Just wanted some opinions on a good streetable turbo...? Shooting for 600hp or over.

Maybe closer to 700hp. Was thinking of a 66/68 but have heard of some surging problems with those chargers...
