Need Someone for Timing advance

I would like some help from someone with a timing set that could come to central Delaware (or I could drive to a surrounding state) and help with my friend 96 12v. I only know rotary pumps.

Would like to do it sometime soon.

I can pay in $$ or Beer or Food, your choice.
