Neutral Safety Switch

Getting closer to driving this truck. Needing to know how to bypass the neutral safety switch? I switched the 5r110 with a nv4500 and cant get it to crank with the key. Any help would be great.

for a temp fix you could take the valvebody out and plug th harness back in and tuck it up in the engine compartment in a big zip lock bag.
Its been a while since i did a 5r110 to a stick but i do remember its a certain voltage that you have to send back to the pcm to tell it that the trans in neutral or park, You can get a prtentiometer and put it inline and turn it until it starts of get the correct resistor and install it inline between the refrence voltage and the signal pin in the trans wiring harness.

You will have to add a clutch down switch and have it ground the start relay in the central junction box "under dash relay on the back side" or pin 4 of the c 1391 a connector of the pcm it will be a pink wire it will be the connector on the ECM nearest the firewall
