Just thought I would post some picture up of the 12 valve intake that I made for a friend of mine that has a pulling truck. I think it turned out pretty good and looks really sweet on his motor with it all painted up.

very nice when you going in to production with them?
As soon as someone wants one. If I have time I may make up a couple and bring them to TS with me. But first I have to get my truck back together so I can race. Are you going to be there George?

Here are couple more pics but they are kind of crappy I didn't realize when I took them now the intake is on the motor so I am out of luck to take anymore of them. There is allot of work in it because of the contour both inside and out so that it clears the pump.

Very nice looking with a senseable approach, these would sell, especially if you offered a piping setup to it.

The front hole is in the stock position so it will take the stock piping the secound hole is optional I just put it in between the mounting bolts so if someone wants to use it they will probably have to fab their own. The guy I made this for was going to try it both ways single and dual intake to see if it made any difference. From all I have heard was that the twin intakes were just a waste of time but he is running a 4" IC pipe and spitting it so that might help in his case.

Don't know for sure but I like the two pipe idea, I would just make sure they had enough clearance under them for pump work and I like the idea of using stock location lines too.

This may be a stupid question but how do you fasten these to the head? Drill and tap after the stock plenum is removed? Do you have to make a gasket for these or do they come with one?

The head is drilled and tapped for 5/16 screws and we are using Permatex Right Stuff gasket maker for the sealer.

How hard would it be for you to tweek the design to work on a p-pumped 24V? I know the fuel lines are what would cause issues... but I like the way yours looks.

I need to make one for a 24 valve. I just need a motor that I can use for a pattern I know the 24 valve will be about the same as the CR but the line placement is different and with the P Pump the depth of the manifold might have to be shorter. Its amazing how similar these motors are and yet how different.

If you wanted to work a deal I have a spare 53 block and 24V head laying around I use for mock-ups :D
