New ARP vs. Old ARP

Does anyone know the difference in length of the old ARP where you use to have to grind out the inside of the valve cover and the new shorter ARP where you have to mill the rockers down for them to work correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your suppose to mill down the rockers on all of them to do it right. As far as i know there is no difference i have not see any.

I'm going to guess the difference is the 0.200" that you take off the rocker stand

He's talking about the old style. Before they ever came out with the ones that need the towers milled down. It was an afterthought.
