ok i am probally going to say something thats been said 1,000,000 times before but ill say it anyway. i dont pay attention to the chevys much (no offense) or this new motor so i dont really know much about it.
but the monday morning before work i was standing at the drivers door talking to a guy on the job. he was seated in the drivers seat with the engine running. we we're talking awhile when i looked down and saw the the DURAMAX badge on the door. i stared at it a bit and looked at him and said " is this a diesel?" he said yes. i didnt believe him. and im not just saying this to say this. it was that quiet. all i heard at the drivers door was the noise of the fan running. i walked to the front of the truck and put my head in front of the grill and then i could make out the feint sound of the duramax. amazing. i dont know what year it is, im guessing 07 he just got it a few weeks ago.
