well i made the drive up to canyon to a little dyno get together saturday and boy am i glad lol. up until friday night i wasnt going to go because the new pump i bought wasnt doing what it should. well with some help from cody, shane at Wicked Diesel Performance i got it fixed up and it was holding and building pressure like it should so i made the trip.
made quite a few pulls because they were haveing trouble loading it and getting it to spool without smoking itself out and almost dyeing. first pull strait off the street was 655 then we cranked up the other box and got to 688 before giveing up on that tune. so i loaded the tune with more duration and we gave it another go after letting it cool off a bit. first pull was 700.3 and 1200+ we then crankd the box halfway up and got to 708 and 1229 then it fell of to 703 on the last pull. probably from being heat soaked and pulling in smoke since i overpowered there vent system on every pull even with the wastegate crankd down i only saw 45psi which is about 8 less than i see on the street but either way i am pretty happy. the torque #'s are low because of it not getting spooled until late in the rpm range
