New FP-100

My old FP-80 died and I replaced it with a FP-100. I took the cover off the old pump to see what may have happened and only saw minor wear so it must have been the motor that gave up and blew the fuse. The old Air-Dog is about 7 yrs. old and about 100K miles. The new one looks to be about the same except for the motor. Is the new motor brushless?
