Just bought a freeze plug kit for a freshly machined block. What is the best way to install the last freeze plug that goes on the back side of the camshaft?
H high line New member Joined Jun 3, 2009 Messages 138 Jul 4, 2011 #2 I have not installed one. I would put plug in freezer and warm block with a propane torch. Then knock it in with a bushing driver with like a 3lbs hammer or use a press.
