Getting my first post out of the way. I just recently completed a Cummins swap into my 2001 Ford F-250. Extended Cab Short Bed. 4x4. 1995 Cummins 5.9. AFC on a better tune than when i got it. No Fuel Plate. 3k GSK. Stock Inj. WH1C turbo with the wastegate actuator removed and gate wired shut. Converted from auto trans to NV4500 with new internals and updated stronger shafts. Still need to install my 60# exhaust springs and set the timing. Truck is much more enjoyable now that when it was when it had the 7.3 powerstroke in it. Starting to think about getting bigger sticks and upgrading the turbo to supply some more air.
