Hey guys just stopping in here to say hi. Right now i am working on a 2002 dodge. i want to take the auto trans ( 47re out and replace it with a G56 six speed manual. The transmission is out of a 2007 with a 5.9. I will probably be searching for a fair amount of answers for the swap and ask what i can't find or for clarification. It looks like a few guys have swapped things around before so i hope I can find what i am looking for.

i found a good deal on a G56 transmission, transfer case, flywheel, clutch, pressure plate from a 2007 5.9 so i am wanting to swap out my auto.

Not sure what the gear ratio is on the transmission, i will know more when i pick it up.

i will find out if the transfer case is a 271 or 273.
