I guess i should post something so the thing at the top of the page goes away. j/k just wanted to say hi to everyone and share some info. anyone else from oregon still trying to figure this site out.

Its a hard field to get into. The only way to get better is practice, but practice takes time that most employers don't want to give. The best way to start is in the ditch, and work your way into the operators seat. That way you know how to run the job site once your in that seat.

yeah i know i got to start in the ditch I dont mind that i would rather start there and learn everything from the ground up i think that would make me a better operator anyway.
