i'm from ohio, i just recently purchased a 99 dodge 4x4 ext cab short bed diesel of coarse, i'm fixing it up, i got a new front end coming in, also some go fast parts later like a lift pump and chip. my bro has a 98 cummins and my dad bought an 02 recently, i purchased his old truck. i farm in ohio with my family and help deal in used farm equipment, basically have the equipment an know how to do a lot of other things. my truck and bros have over 300,000 on original transmissions and they are used every day and have hauled a **** load of every thing and still going strong.
