I heard it is a cmpa event with show me smokers. Is that ture? Who is all going?
 
I believe its cmpa diesel class and a street diesel class. Street rules are no weight rack, no traction bars, you can block the the axel. must have valid plates on truck and insurance. 8500lbs.
 
No ladder bars. That will wipe out most of the pullers.
 
From talking to the guy he wants it to be very =. Last year there were some guys the pulled in the street class and kicked butt. Thats why hes taking some of the things away. more or less it seems that he wants dd trucks, but he wont say that.
 
the top 3 trucks last year were all still streetable im my opinion but not used as dd =)
 
i am sure if you had ladder bars and if they needed trucks they would let you hook. My daily driver has ladder bars.

Well if they allow blocked suspension but no ladder bars look for some carnage!

Which one of the show-me-smokers won???

Sorry but no ladder bars is juat plain stupid to me, no hangin weights fine but the crowd really isnt there to watch stock pickups pull, thats almost as boring as watching an antique tractor pull! ALMOST!

Not streetable?? That truck can pull loaded trailers. 12mm pump with a regular 66 charger. Whats unstreetable about that? Hes a good buddy of mine but that was the weakest truck by far is Show Me Smokers last year. Truck doesnt smoke at all. Both truck there last year that took first and second are trailer hauling DD trucks with very little mods. The other was just a p pumped 24 valve with a stock pump, very mild injectors and a 64 turbo. They just look impressive cause they are the only ones there.
 
You have a point! I am just going by what I have been told. When you put their trucks with stock truck they don't look like a DD I guess. I don't care who pulls its a competition the best will win.
