New here and got a question

hey everyone! im new to this sight. just got back from Afghanistan and my wife got me a 2005 duramax. i love it and i has low miles tans is in good shape. just got EFI live and am in need of some tunes any pointers would be helpfull. also got a dsp5 for it too. Any one know where i can get some tunes to play with?
