New parts and now limp mode

Hey guys a buddy of mine and I just got finished putting some Hamilton pushrods, new 125hp nozzles, and AFE wastegate, and gutted connector tubes on his truck. It ran great for a day and then started throwing codes and went into limp mode. The codes are p0107, p0073, and p2609. Im just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what the problem could be.

He has an 07 5.9, with the above mentioned mods plus a smarty, MP8, MBRP intercooler pipes, and 5 inch exhaust.

why did you gut the connector tubes?

Because the fastest way to get past the brink, is to fukk your chit up before installation.
