It's a brand new never installed Mopar jacobs exhaust brake for 99-02 Cummins. Comes as a Kit with everything you need to install it. Starting at 750 shipped OBO. Price is negotiable. Will post pics soon.

don't think it does it wires into the oem 24v engine harness and i think you have to get your ecm reflashed if it won't work. i had one on my 24v before i swapped motor out for a 12v and i did what you are thinking. i simpley bought the throttle pedal switch and wired it like a 12v would be. and wired like that this break will work on anything 94-02 i think it is like a 40 dollar switch. i think i got mine from pac brake.
 
Well that is cool, I don't know much about this brakes. The instructions say that some 98.5's are the ones that may need the reflashing. Make some offers guys.
