Whats the rules, payout, do you have to be member of an organization. Just tring to find a hook this weekend. Thanks, Jon

You don't have to be a member, and with Clementsville the only 2 rules are 8500 lbs and 26" hitch. Rwyb otherwise, I'm not sure on the payouts
