No Bus, Engine Fuse repeatedly blows

99 5 Speed .... Driving down the road and it just dies and the instrument cluster quit other than the "NO BUS" message. I noticed the #9 engine fuse was blown so I put another one in to see if that cured it and it blew upon contact....assuming I have a short somewhere. Has anybody else had a similar problem with some guidance? Im printing off a wire diagram but im not looking forward to tracing wires all weekend. All other fuses are good and the ASD relay is ok as well.

I had this happen when adjusting my APPS at the PCM. My friend's multimeter decided to short out. Check to make sure you don't have a fried wire somewhere. I think that fuse is for the PCM and ECM or #9 for one and #10 for the other. I can't remember...
